Sarah has a vast knowledge of swimming at all levels. From the very first club gala to the dizzy heights of the Paralympic gold medal rostrum, Sarah has done just about everything an athlete could dream about. With Sarah Bailey Swim Clinics, any swimming club can access the incredible world of international swimming and have their swimmers hear about what it takes to achieve, from a real life champion.

Sarah will spend time with each of the swimmers and talk them through the various strokes, starts and turns, as well as providing them with a specially tailored training session, probably using sets straight from her own log book! Sarah will demonstrate all the swimming skills herself and finish off the clinic with a motivational talk the swimmers will always remember. Each clinic will be specially tailored to the needs of the club and will reflect the age and ability level of the swimmers.
